A leader is a person that holds a superior position and is able to exercise a high degree of control or influence over others. in order to be a leader, this person has to have leadership skills that are essential for a leader.

Leaders are the future of the world because they are going to be the ones that guide the community to look for the choices in life. A good leader will not lack confidence, is going to be kind-hearted, care about other opinions and will always be positive even in the worst moments. Without a leader, many things like communities and organizations would be very bad organized and bad things for them would happen. It's not difficult to become a good leader if you really mean the best for the people that surround you. 
In the other hand, a follower is a person that follows the opinions or teaching of another person.

I believe that followers are not bad and that they should keep existing. Without followers, a leader wouldn't be able to lead the way for people and care for them. It's essential that leaders get followers so they get support and become more confident in their decisions. It's okay to be a follower sometimes because maybe these people don't want to take big decisions and sacrifice certain things because they might not be confident enough for it. After looking at their example, they might become good leaders in the future and lead the way for his or her followers later on.
