Squad day

This picture was taken to the 9th graders who came up dressed as a squad with their white t-shirts and their red bandannas. They had to be a team and be united so that everyone agreed in that outfit. We can say that they show unity, cooperation and respect towards each other. We can also notice that in their outfits they took in account the norms of the school or dress code, they are fulfulling the roles of their achieved status, which is being students by following the limits or rules given by our school. They are acting under the social structure and the background assumptions because they are expected to dress in a correct manner, respect and accept the school’s directions.

    I agree, when in unity , respect is always shown and present among them and towards the rest that notice such bonding between individuals, students, friends, etc. Not only that but in its unity there is consideration of important norms that was taken into account as number one priority so to speak, as mentioned, ¨fulfulling their achieved status¨, respecting the school dress code and the school´s norms.
