What's about?
- It started by a group of for students from Vanderbuilt University that together established an on-campus service organization to bring the university campus into greater contact with the local immigrant community, and to provide international service opportunities for students. After visiting and work several times at nicaragua they decide to establish Manna Project International as an IRS-recognized nonprofit organization.
Objective: Their programs are focused on solving the problems that the people form nicaragua most suffer. Some examples are:

- 75% never completed elementary school
- 43% live on less than $1.00 a day
- 100% of children need treatment for parasites
- 15% of children ages 5-14 involved in child labor
- 1 in 3 children suffers from chronic malnutrition
