We can find leaders anywhere, for example in school, at work, home, etc. I believe that before becoming a leader you are a follower and throughout time you develop the skills because nobody is born a leader, leaders are made. In fact followers are the ones who gives constructive feedback, support and ideas to help the leader accomplish their goals. If we inspire leadership we are encouraging more people to help each other and be more humble. Leaders and followers both can learn from each other and work as a team. Friday, January 25, 2019
